Gibson Ingredients:



2 oz gin
0.5 oz blanc vermouth
2 pearl onions (for garnish)
Ice

Steps:



  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin and blanc vermouth.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill the mixture.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
  • For garnish, skewer the pearl onions on a cocktail pick and place the pick on the edge of the glass.
And there you have it, your Gibson cocktail is ready to be enjoyed!
