Cocktail Cocktail Recipe Ingredients Shaker Homemade Aperitif Kitchen Mixology Steps

Ingredients:

2 oz gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1/8 oz olive juice
1/8 oz olive syrup
Olives for garnish

Steps:

  • In a shaker filled with ice, add the gin, dry vermouth, olive juice, and olive syrup.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a Martini glass.
  • Garnish with one or two olives.
Note: Olive syrup can be easily prepared by heating pitted green olives with a little water and sugar. Then, blend the mixture and strain the resulting liquid.
