Cocktail Cocktail Recipe Ingredients Shaker Homemade Aperitif Kitchen Mixology Steps

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz cane sugar syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz tequila, 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, and 0.5 oz cane sugar syrup. Add one egg white.
Add ice. Shake the shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Serve and enjoy yoour tequila sour!
The egg white gives a creamy texture to this cocktail, but if you prefer, you can omit it. You can also adjust the amount of cane sugar syrup to achieve the desired level of sweetness. Enjoy your Tequila Sour!
