PainKiller Ingredients:



2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz coconut milk
0.5 oz simple syrup
Ice cubes
Grated nutmeg (optional)


Painkiller  Instructions:


    • In a shaker, add the white rum, fresh pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup.
    • Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.
    • Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to mix the ingredients well.
    • Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
    • Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top, if desired.
