Ingredients for Blue Cocktail:



1 1/3 oz white rum
1 oz blue curacao liqueur
4 oz pineapple juice
2/3 oz lime juice
1/3 oz cane sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Pineapple or cherry for garnish (optional)


Instructions for Blue Hawaii:



In a shaker filled with ice, add the white rum, blue curacao liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cane sugar syrup.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled.
Strain the mixture into an ice-filled tumbler glass.
