Tequila Fizz Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz cane sugar syrup
2 oz soda water
1 lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 2 oz tequila, 0.75 oz lime juice, and 0.75 oz cane sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
- Add 2 oz soda water to give a fizzy touch.
- Gently stir the mixture to incorporate the soda water.
- Add a lime wedge for garnish yout cocktail .
- Serve and enjoy your Tequila Fizz!
