Bellini
The Recipe for Bellini
Ingredients:
3.38 oz Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
1.69 oz white peach puree
A few drops of cane sugar syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
A peach slice (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Pour the white peach puree into a champagne glass.
- If you want a sweeter Bellini, add a few drops of cane sugar syrup.
- Gently mix the white peach puree and cane sugar syrup (optional) with a spoon.
- Add ice cubes to the champagne glass.
- Slowly pour the Prosecco over the ice cubes while tilting the glass.
- Gently stir the mixture with a spoon.
- Garnish with a peach slice on the rim of the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Bellini!
Note: You can adjust the proportions of the ingredients to achieve the desired taste. You can also use other types of fruits to make a Bellini, such as strawberry, mango, or raspberry.
