Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of white rum
  • 1 oz of lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 0.7 oz of cane sugar syrup
  • Sparkling water Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • In a glass, add the mint leaves and cane sugar syrup. Using a cocktail muddler, gently crush the mint leaves to release their flavor.
  • Add the lime juice and white rum, then stir gently.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass until it's about 3/4 full.
  • Top up the glass with sparkling water and stir one last time.
  • Garnish your mojito with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime.
Serve and enjoy your refreshing mojito!
