The Paper Plane Cocktail – The Fruity and Modern Flight

A modern, balanced, and bold whisky cocktail

The Paper Plane Cocktail is a contemporary cocktail created in 2008 by bartender Sam Ross. It stands out with its perfect balance of bourbon whisky, Amaro, Apérol, and fresh lemon juice. Fruity, slightly bitter, and highly aromatic, it embodies the new wave of modern cocktails, with a vibrant appearance and remarkable complexity in taste.
