Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Mint leaves
- Lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
- In a glass, place a few raspberries and a few mint leaves.
- Using a muddler, lightly crush the raspberries and mint to release their flavors.
- Add lemon juice to the glass. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add a bit of sugar at this stage.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour sparkling water into the glass, filling it almost to the top.
- Gently stir to mix the flavors.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few raspberries.
