Zombie Cocktail
Discover our collection of rum-based cocktails: Here's the recipe for the famous Zombie. Awaken your taste buds with our cocktail prepared using 3 different rums!
Zombie cocktail Ingredients:
1 oz white rum
1 oz golden rum
1 oz dark rum
0.75 oz red fruit liqueur (e.g. Cherry Heering)
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz cane sugar syrup
0.5 oz grenadine syrup
0.5 oz absinthe
2 drops of almond extract
Ice cubes
1 sprig of mint for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker, add all ingredients except for the absinthe and mint.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Pour absinthe into a glass and tilt it to coat the sides.
- Pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.

Tip: The Zombie is a very strong cocktail, so be careful when drinking it. It is also possible to replace the absinthe with another anise-flavored alcohol, such as pastis or Pernod.
