Virgin Mojito Ingredients:


6 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of cane sugar syrup
Sparkling water
Crushed ice

Virgin Mojito Instructions:


  • Place the mint leaves and lime quarters in a cocktail glass and lightly crush them with a cocktail muddler.
  • Add the cane sugar syrup and mix well.
  • Add crushed ice to about 2/3 of the glass.
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime quarter.

Your Virgin Mojito is ready!
