Ingredients:
6 to 8 strawberries
10 mint leaves
1 lime
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
Sparkling water
Crushed ice
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, and cut them into small pieces.
- In a glass, add the pieces of strawberries, the mint leaves, and the cane sugar.
- Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the glass.
- Lightly crush everything with a cocktail muddler or a wooden spoon.
- Add crushed ice until it fills about 2/3 of the glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Gently mix with a spoon.
- Garnish with a strawberry and a mint leaf, then serve immediately.
