• 1 oz white rum
• 1 oz golden rum
• 1 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz red fruit liqueur (e.g. Cherry Heering)
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz cane sugar syrup
• 0.5 oz grenadine syrup
• 0.5 oz absinthe
• 2 drops of almond extract
• Ice cubes
• 1 sprig of mint for garnish

• In a shaker, add all ingredients except for the absinthe and mint.
• Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
• Pour absinthe into a glass and tilt it to coat the sides.
• Pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
