The Blackberry Gin Fizz Cocktail – Fruity Sparkle

The Blackberry Gin Fizz is a colorful and fruity twist on the classic Gin Fizz. • 2 oz gin
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• 4 to 5 fresh blackberries
• Sparkling water
• Garnish: whole blackberries and lemon wheel

1. Muddle the fresh blackberries in a shaker.
2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with sparkling water.
