Side Car Ingredients:
1.5 oz cognac
0.75 oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 lemon slice (for garnish)
Instructions for Side Car:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 1.5 oz cognac, 0.75 oz Cointreau (or triple sec), and 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, filtering out the ice.
- Garnish the glass with a lemon slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Sidecar!
Note: You can adjust the proportions of the ingredients to taste. You can also add a little sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
