Jungle Bird Ingredients:

1.5 oz dark rum

0.5 oz Campari

2 oz fresh pineapple juice

0.5 oz cane sugar syrup

0.5 oz lime juice

Ice

Instructions:

In a shaker, add the dark rum, Campari, fresh pineapple juice, cane sugar syrup, and lime juice.
Add some ice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to mix the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Garnish your cocktail with a slice of pineapple and a mint leaf, if desired.
Serve and enjoy immediately your Jungle Bird
