Mai Tai Ingredients:



1.5 oz dark rum
0.75 oz white rum
0.5 oz triple sec (orange liqueur)
0.5 oz orgeat syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.33 oz simple syrup
Ice cubes
1 sprig of mint for garnish


Mai Tai Instructions:



  • In a shaker, add the dark rum, white rum, triple sec, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
