2 oz white rum

0.5 oz red vermouth (or dry white vermouth)

0.5 oz orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier)

1 dash of grenadine

Ice cubes

Orange zest for garnish (optional)

• In a mixing glass filled with ice, add white rum, red vermouth, orange liqueur, and a dash of grenadine.
• Stir the mixture for about 20 seconds until the glass is well chilled.
• Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish your cocktail with a twisted orange zest to release the essential oils.
• Serve immediately your drink.
