Ingredients for a Red Berry Tequila Mule
- 5 cl blanco tequila
- 6 to 8 fresh raspberries or blueberries (or mixed berries)
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup (or red berry syrup)
- 8 cl chilled ginger beer
- Garnish: whole red berries, lime wheel, mint leaf
How to Make a Red Berry Tequila Mule
- In a shaker, gently muddle the berries with the lime juice and syrup.
- Add the tequila and ice, then shake briskly for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain into a mule cup (or tumbler) filled with ice.
- Top with chilled ginger beer.
- Garnish with whole berries, a lime wheel, and a mint leaf.
