The Tequila Raspberry Mule is a delicious and tangy twist on the Mexican Mule. It combines blanco tequila with the tangy sweetness of raspberries, lime juice, and ginger beer for a burst of refreshing, slightly spicy flavor. A perfect cocktail for summer or festive appetizers.

Ingredients for Tequila Raspberry Mule
- 5 cl blanco tequila
- 6 to 8 fresh raspberries
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl sugar cane syrup (or raspberry syrup)
- 8 cl chilled ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: whole raspberries, lime slice, mint leaves
How to Make Tequila Raspberry Mule
- In a shaker, gently crush the fresh raspberries with the lime juice and syrup.
- Add the blanco tequila and ice cubes, then shake quickly for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a mule cup or tumbler filled with ice.
- Top with well-chilled ginger beer.
- Garnish with whole raspberries, a lime slice, and a few mint leaves.
