Virgin mojito strawberry  Ingredients:


6 to 8 strawberries
10 mint leaves
1 lime
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
Sparkling water
Crushed ice

Virgin mojito strawberry Instructions:


  • Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, and cut them into small pieces.
  • In a glass, add the pieces of strawberries, the mint leaves, and the cane sugar.
  • Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the glass.
  • Lightly crush everything with a cocktail muddler or a wooden spoon.
  • Add crushed ice until it fills about 2/3 of the glass.
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Gently mix with a spoon.
  • Garnish with a strawberry and a mint leaf, then serve immediately.
