Watermelon Vodka Slush – Summer’s Festive Granita

The Watermelon Vodka Slush is a chilled, colorful, and joyful cocktail made with fresh blended watermelon, vodka, and lime juice. Served as a slush, it delivers an ultra-refreshing sensory experience, perfect for summer days, picnics, or pool parties.

• 5 cl vodka
• 200 g seedless watermelon flesh (diced)
• 2 cl fresh lime juice
• 1 cl simple syrup (optional)
• Ice cubes (or pre-frozen watermelon)
• Garnish: watermelon ball or wedge, lime zest, mint leaf

1. In a blender, mix the watermelon with lime juice, vodka, and simple syrup if desired.
