The Whisky Tonic – Timeless Freshness

The Whisky Tonic is a modern and refreshing version of the classic Gin Tonic, tailored for whisky lovers. It combines the strength of whisky with the subtle bitterness of tonic, for a light, effervescent, and highly refreshing cocktail. Easy to prepare, it's perfect for terrace aperitifs or long summer evenings.

• 5 cl of bourbon, Irish, or Japanese whisky
• 12 cl of well-chilled tonic water
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: lemon slice or orange zest

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the whisky directly over the ice.
3. Top with well-chilled tonic water, pouring gently to avoid breaking the bubbles.
4. Stir very gently with a bar spoon.
5. Garnish with a lemon slice or orange zest.

- Try different types of tonic: classic, floral, citrus, or slightly spicy to create your personalized version.
- Add a drop of Angostura bitters for a more complex bitter note.
