Spicy Vodka Lemonade – The Spicy Limonade

The Spicy Vodka Lemonade is a bold twist on the classic vodka lemonade. This cocktail blends the freshness of lemon, the sweetness of syrup, and the spicy kick of chili or ginger for a vibrant, thirst-quenching drink with attitude.

• 5 cl vodka
• 3 cl fresh lemon juice
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 6 cl sparkling water or lemon soda
• 2 thin slices of red chili or 1 cm grated fresh ginger
• Garnish: lemon slice, chili slice, sprig of thyme or mint

1. In a shaker, add the chili slices (or grated ginger), lemon juice, and simple syrup.
2. Gently muddle to release the spicy flavors.
3. Add vodka and ice, then shake vigorously.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with sparkling water or lemon soda.
