The Strawberry Gin Tonic Cocktail – Fruity Sweetness

The Strawberry Gin Tonic is a summery twist on the classic Gin & Tonic, elevated by the freshness of ripe strawberries. This cocktail blends the boldness of gin with the bitterness of tonic water, all sweetened by fresh strawberries. Its delightful pink hue and visible fruit pieces make it just as enjoyable visually as it is to taste.

• 2 oz gin
• 3½ oz tonic water
• 3-4 fresh strawberries, cut into pieces
• ¼ oz strawberry syrup (optional)
• Garnish: whole strawberries, mint leaf

1. Place the strawberry pieces in a large balloon glass.
2. Lightly muddle the strawberries to release their aroma.
3. Add the gin and gently stir.
4. Add ice cubes, then top with tonic water.
5. Add a dash of strawberry syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
6. Garnish with a whole strawberry and a mint leaf.
