Tequila and Blueberry Lemonade – The Fruity and Refreshing Cocktail

The Tequila and Blueberry Lemonade is a fresh, light, and fruity drink that combines blanco tequila with the tangy sweetness of blueberries and the freshness of homemade sparkling lemonade. A perfect recipe for a summer aperitif or a garden cocktail.

• 5 cl blanco tequila
• 6 to 8 fresh blueberries
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl cane sugar syrup (or blueberry syrup)
• 8 cl sparkling lemonade
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: whole blueberries, lemon slice, mint sprig

1. In a shaker, gently muddle the fresh blueberries with the lemon juice and cane sugar syrup.
2. Add blanco tequila and ice cubes, then shake for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
4. Top with sparkling lemonade.
5. Garnish with whole blueberries, a lemon slice, and a mint sprig.

- Replace the blueberries with blackberries or currants to vary the flavor.
- Add a few basil leaves for a more intense herbal fragrance.
- Serve in a large balloon glass to enhance the color.
