Mojito Vodka – The Modern Twist of the Classic Mojito

• 5 cl vodka
• 1/2 lime (cut into wedges)
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 8 fresh mint leaves
• 8 cl sparkling water
• Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel

1. In a highball glass, place the lime wedges and simple syrup.
2. Gently muddle to release the juice.
3. Add the mint leaves without crushing them.
4. Pour in the vodka and fill the glass with ice.
5. Top up with chilled sparkling water.
6. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
7. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
